For Roslyn Marching Band Updates you can simply bookmark the site

twitter.com/roslynband

to your computer or smartphone!

You first need to join twitter.com and get a username and password. This costs nothing to do. Then I have to approve you. On my twitter site hit follow and I will approve you for access to the site. 

How to set up Twitter Text Message Updates to your cell phone

If you want text updates from the twitter site directly to your cell....

After you have joined twitter (red letters above) text message the word START to 40404 from your cell phone

Twitter will text you and ask for your username, text your username back to them

Twitter will then text you back saying hi and asking for your password, text your password back to them

Twitter will text you saying that your password is correct and ask you to verify by texting OK to them

Twitter will tell you that you are all set up to use twitter with this phone

Text on roslynband to the same 40404 you have been texting to, it will now send you text messages whenever I update the roslynband twitter site.

I will be sending random text out in the coming weeks to so you can see if it is working before the trip, one every other day or so.

To turn off the texting to your phone just text off roslynband  To turn on just text on roslynband
